Frequently Asked Questions for Wedding Photography - Handelman Photography


Complete wedding packages start at $2,500 and includes Mike as your lead photographer, a professional second photographer and six hours of coverage.  All packages also include all edited photographs, full rights to reproduction of photographs and two years use of a password protected online gallery.  Get in touch for a full price list!


Q.Where are you located?

A. Handelman Photography is located at 537 Gerhard Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

Q. Do you do other events?

A. Yes!  Please get in touch for price lists for events such as Mitzvahs, portraits, and parties. 

Q. Do you do engagement sessions?

A. Absolutely, and they are recommended.  Engagement sessions serve many purposes.  They are a great opportunity for us to get to know each other.  You will start to get an idea of how I work, and I can get a better idea about you as a couple.  It is also a great way for you to get used to being in front of the camera.  You're not the only one who has never been professionally photographed before!  Clients often use the photos from their engagement session for their Save-the-Date and to get friends and family excited on Facebook!  

Q. How will we access our photographs?

A. Within two weeks, your photographs will be up online.  They will be full resolution, without a logo, and ready to download.

Q. Who will be the photographer?

A. I will be the lead photographer.  Along with me will be my trusted and  talented second shooter assistant.  

Q. What are your albums like?

A. Albums are lay-flat and flush mounted.  They all have thick, rigid pages and are printed on real photo paper.  That means when you open the album, both pages lay completely flat on the table without a gutter in the middle, leaving the flow of the photograph uninterrupted.  These books are heavy, super high quality, and leave albums from companies like ShutterFly and Blurb in the dust.  Come by the office and feel for yourself!

Q. Are you insured?

A. Absolutely.  If your venue asks to provide proof of insurance, just let me know!
